A Chartered Accountant with more than two decades of experience across audit, accounting and financial advisory, Dharmendra brings the professional and control-oriented foundation behind ComplyADI. His experience working with large and complex organisations helps shape the platform around reliable accounting processes, stronger financial controls and compliance-ready operations.

At ComplyADI, he ensures that technology is built around practical accounting discipline and sound professional judgement.

Arihant Kherada

Chief Executive Officer

Arihant leads ComplyADI’s product strategy, business development and execution, translating practical finance and compliance challenges into technology-led solutions.

With experience across financial services, wealth management, private equity, consumer businesses, automotive and e-commerce, he brings a commercial and product-focused perspective to the platform. His role is to connect accounting, compliance and technology into a scalable system designed for modern businesses and companies preparing for global growth.
